If you want a critique of why chefs remove some beef from a packet and then after a short commercial break it has transformed into a oozing, succulent, well seasoned dish, go look elsewhere. If you are after the world through food handlers eyes, then look here.

The next time you read some clearly incorrect information about Food Safety in a newspaper or a major website, remember that someone will have been paid to write that.  Apologies if you are not satisfied by what is published here and a suggestion respectfully made would be to look on another blog.
