Queen won’t be happy with Palace snack bar
A cafe at Buckingham Palace which sells items such as scones, salads, bagels, small cakes, and offers views of the Palace grounds, was found to be operating without having registered their kitchen with the local authority in Westminister.

Typically, all food businesses should register with their local authority, in some cases this is at the very latest within 28 days of operating. They are also required to have the necessary food hygiene certificate as required by law for food handlers.
There is no doubt that Her Majesty would not be pleased to find that the cafe based at Buckingham Palace has been hit with allegations of operating illegally. Fortunately for the cafe, they were able to act quickly in order to comply with the regulations and prevent any further action being taken by officials.
