The new Food Standards Agency (FSA) national Food Hygiene rating scheme has been released. But what does this mean for food businesses exactly?


Firstly, if you a food business, or have employees that handle or prepare food as part of their job role, then you don’t want to receive a low rating score. Make sure all food handlers have their own food hygiene certificate.
