Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb
This video recipe shows Ramsay cooking a herb crusted rack of lamb. Firstly, the rack is well seasoned and then cooked in hot olive oil in an oven-compatible pan but the lamb is still pink in the middle. Click ‘More’ to watch how to do it.
