Shepherd’s Pie

Here is a list of the Shepherd’s Pie ingredients:

500g minced lean lamb
1 carrot, grated
1 onion, grated
2 garlic cloves
1kg potatoes
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp tomato puree
Thyme and rosemary sprigs
300ml chicken stock
250ml red wine
50g butter
2 egg yolks
Parmesan
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
